Calculation explanation
HRMATO uses a country-first model: country, salary base, daily divider, currency precision, resignation logic, worker type and contract type are separated before any final amount is shown.

Calculation Confidence Score
The confidence score increases when the user provides exact dates, salary values, country, end reason, contract type, leave balance and unpaid salary.
