UAE: Ang fixed-term contract ay hindi automatic na full payment ng remaining term
Sa UAE, fixed-term ang current employment contracts, pero kapag natapos ang contract bago ang expiry date, hindi ibig sabihin na automatic makukuha ng employee ang lahat ng salary para sa natitirang period.
Kadalasan, ang issue ay notice period o notice pay ayon sa contract at law, habang hiwalay na kinakalkula ang end-of-service gratuity, unpaid salary, unused leave at ibang dues.
Dahil dito, hindi automatic na idinadagdag ng HRMATO ang full remaining contract period kapag UAE ang pinili. Kung may notice pay o agreed compensation, ilagay ito manually under allowances/additions kung applicable.
